A seven-day programme based in Mississauga, with curated activity in Toronto, Niagara and Ottawa.
Day 1 · Aug 10 · Mississauga
Pearson Airport pickup, hotel check-in, and a stage and technical-setup briefing for performing artists and production crew, followed by an evening welcome mixer and delegate-kit distribution.
Day 2 · Aug 11 · Mississauga Hub
Programme briefing and media-pitching workshop, followed by private B2B presentation sessions and one-to-one pitch meetings with media buyers, festival curators and talent agencies.
Day 3 · Aug 12 · Toronto Hub
Festival venue access and studio tours of Toronto film and sound-production facilities, followed by a Lake Ontario sunset networking cruise with Canadian media executives.
Day 4 · Aug 13 · Niagara Hub
A full-day Niagara Falls excursion, boat tour and outdoor cultural showcase, with a private acoustic and performance showcase at a Niagara vineyard.
Day 5 · Aug 14 · Ottawa Hub
Coach transfer to Ottawa, a cultural briefing near the National Arts Centre and Parliament Hill, and a closed-door roundtable with international cultural attachés and government grant officers.
Day 6 · Aug 15 · Toronto Hub
Return to Toronto for dress rehearsals and the red-carpet Grand Gala Night & Awards, with main-stage artist showcases and live production opportunities for creative crew.
Day 7 · Aug 16 · Departure
Post-Gala executive breakfast, one-to-one distribution roundtables, certificate presentation and executive airport transfers to Pearson Airport.
Who can apply
Applicants should be 18 or older and active in the entertainment or media sector, including performing artists, musicians, filmmakers, producers, directors, event professionals, cultural promoters, managers and technical crew. A current passport, professional profile or portfolio, and the ability to meet applicable travel-entry requirements are expected. Participation is subject to programme review and capacity.
Creative delegate packages
Both packages include the required CAD $700 initial registration deposit. Approved groups receive a staff-issued package code: 5% for 5–9 delegates, 7% for 10–19, or 10% for 21+. The remaining balance is due after written visa approval and before final travel confirmation, where applicable.
Standard Creative Delegate
Seven-day summit programming, studio and festival activity, private B2B media-pitching sessions, ground transfers, programme invitation support letter where applicable, certificate presentation and post-event distribution roundtables. International airfare and VIP Grand Gala access are excluded.
CAD $700 initial deposit
CAD $6,300 balance due after written visa approval, before final travel confirmation, where applicable.

Executive / VIP Creative Delegate
Everything in the Standard package, plus roundtrip economy airfare to Toronto, VIP Grand Gala access with fine dining and premium seating, and consideration for a main-stage performance slot or prime production-crew assignment.
CAD $700 initial deposit
CAD $9,300 balance due after written visa approval, before final travel confirmation, where applicable.

Global Gateway Events is jointly operated by Tech X Startup Corp. and P&R Hospitality Group Inc. Your registration, payment, visa application, travel, admission and event access are managed through separate processes.
The CAD $700 initial deposit covers programme planning, administration and third-party processing costs, and is non-refundable if an application is refused, withdrawn, delayed or unsuccessful. Any remaining balance is payable only after written visa approval and before final travel confirmation, where applicable.
