An immersive eight-day Canadian experience that brings campus discovery, admissions information and hospitality into one carefully managed programme.

Direct campus access

Proposed campus and admissions visits across leading Ontario institutions. Participating colleges and universities will be confirmed only after their approvals; where needed, the programme will include suitable approved institutions that consent to host the delegation.

Admissions & scholarship workshops

Direct briefings on application requirements, GPA benchmarks, English proficiency expectations, and international student funding.

Turnkey hospitality & travel

Luxury transfers, student accommodations, meals, and social events managed by Travelers Club and P&R Hospitality Group.

  1. Day 1

    Arrival & student welcome mixer

    Pearson Airport (YYZ) arrival, executive coach transfer, hotel check-in, and welcome kit distribution, followed by a Student Welcome Mixer powered by Tyohaar Trunk and Travelers Club.

  2. Day 2

    University of Toronto & international admissions

    University of Toronto St. George Campus tour and International Student Admissions Seminar, with a Toronto Financial District walking tour and Harbourfront Cruise.

  3. Day 3

    York University & Schulich School of Business

    York University Keele Campus and Schulich School of Business tour, plus startup incubator overview and a student financial planning and tax compliance session with Expertpayroll.

  4. Day 4

    Brock University & Niagara Falls

    Brock University campus visit focused on Business, Agri-Tech, and Environmental Sciences, followed by a Maid of the Mist boat tour and Niagara Falls excursion.

  5. Day 5

    Carleton University & Ottawa capital tour

    Highway transfer to Ottawa, Carleton University tour, and Engineering/STEM lab walkthrough, followed by an Ottawa Capital tour and Parliament Hill evening light display.

  6. Day 6

    University of Ottawa & pathway seminar

    University of Ottawa campus tour, faculty panel, and an information session on study and career pathways, followed by a group dinner and networking with alumni students.

  7. Day 7

    Academic planning & Grand Gala

    Coach return to Toronto for academic planning and general document-readiness information, followed by the Joint Grand Gala Awards Dinner with executive delegates.

  8. Day 8

    Closing briefing & departures

    Certificate of Participation distribution, closing programme briefing, and executive transfer to Pearson Airport for departures.

Student registration & deposit terms

Begin with the student registration deposit.

The initial registration deposit is CAD $700 per student applicant. Approved student groups can request a staff-issued package code: 5% for 5–9 delegates, 7% for 10–19, or 10% for 21+. It covers programme planning, administration and third-party processing costs.

The CAD $700 deposit is strictly non-refundable if an application is refused, withdrawn, delayed or unsuccessful. The remaining programme balance is payable only after written visa approval and before final travel confirmation, where applicable.

Global Gateway Events is jointly operated by Tech X Startup Corp. and P&R Hospitality Group Inc. Your registration, payment, visa application, travel, admission and event access are managed through separate processes.

The CAD $700 initial deposit covers programme planning, administration and third-party processing costs, and is non-refundable if an application is refused, withdrawn, delayed or unsuccessful. Any remaining balance is payable only after written visa approval and before final travel confirmation, where applicable.

Campus tours, institution visits, admissions activities, event access, official seminar or exhibition passes, tickets, travel arrangements and programme locations are subject to third-party approvals, availability, early booking and operational conditions; none are guaranteed. We may substitute events, institutions, venues or locations with suitable approved alternatives when availability or circumstances require. We do not control or guarantee visa decisions, admissions, travel, event access, employment, investment, commercial or immigration outcomes.
